Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another email once your order has shipped. 

Shipping Options

We offer both lettermail and tracked shipping. Lettermail shipping is untracked and uninsured. Lettermail shipping is at your own risk, items lost or damaged will not be replaced. 

Shipping Time

Keep in mind, once your order has been shipped, its out of our control. Shipping times may vary based on chosen shipping method and your location. We cannot guarantee shipping times, however we would like to note that we ship from a rural area so delays should be expected. (Tracked shipping from our area often goes without updates until it has reached its final destination)

Lost, Damaged or Defective Items 

Tracked items in which are lost, damaged or defective items must be reported immediately.
