Processing time

We know you're excited to receive your order! In stock orders are packed and shipped within 1-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with all the details you need to track its journey. 

Lettermail 

While we offer lettermail shipping, its not our recommended shipping method. Lettermail is untracked, uninsured and entirely at your own risk. Lost or damaged lettermail will not be replaced. 

Preorder

Please allow 75-95 days from the preorder closing date for your order to arrive, unless otherwise stated. All preorder items are clearly marked on our website with estimated arrival date. Preorder purchased are final sale and cannot be cancelled. While we always strive to meet our estimated timelines, occasional manufacturing delays can happen. If a preorder is delayed, we'll keep you updated every step of the way. Should delays extend beyond our expected timeframe, you'll have the option to size up if needed. If delays become significant, a full refund will be offered. 

Shipping delays

Keep in mind, once your order has been shipped, its out of our control. Shipping times may vary based on your chosen shipping method and your location. We cannot guarantee shipping times, however we would like to note that we ship from a rural area, so delays should be anticipated especially during the winter months. (Tracked shipping from our area often goes without updates until it has reached its final destination) 

Lost, damaged or defective items

Tracked orders in which are lost, damaged or defective must be reported immediately.
