Refund policy

Exchanges & Returns 

Items purchased directly from Lovely Littles have a strict exchange/return policy. Return must be requested within 14 days (local orders) or 30 days (shipped orders). Items must be unopened and unused. Return shipping costs must be paid at buyers expense. We will happily accommodate exchanges based on product availability. Please note all items in our clearance section are final sale. 

Refunds

Once your returns have been received and inspected, you can expect your refund to be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. 

Cancelled Orders

Orders can be cancelled and refunded if they have not yet been packaged. If you need to cancel an order, please reach out ASAP. Please note that preorders are not eligible for cancellation.
